Rich Maurer was raised in a church going, non-Christian family. He came to faith in Christ at the age of 16 through the help of a good friend. He married Karen in 1987. Rich graduated with a B.S. in Medical Technology and worked in the field prior to and while attending seminary at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
Rich graduated TEDS with a MDiv in 1993 and served as an associate pastor in Prairie du Sac, WI for six years and now as a church planter and pastor at Grace Church since 2001.

Seth Voeltner is the pastor of discipleship and worship at Grace Church. Seth was born and raised in Watertown, Wisconsin. After hearing a sermon at five-years-old on God's judgement, he went to his mother, who gave him the gospel. Just as he was convinced of his wrongdoing and judgement that was deserved, he was equally convinced that Jesus' death for him satisfied God and gave him life and joy forever in Jesus. Seth met his wife, Heather, in their home church. They have two daughters.
The Voeltners came to Viroqua and Grace Church in 2019 with a passion to see the nations reached in a vibrant culture through discipling-relationships in the church. Previously, Seth has served local churches in Watertown and Normal, Illinois as a director of student ministry, and for two years as an intern with Cru.
