OUR STRATEGY
A lifelong, continual process of growth in the
grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Discipleship begins at the moment of conversion and ends at the point of death. All of your time in between is either spent moving toward a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ or away from one. We believe that every Christian is somewhere in one of these four areas of maturity. Furthermore, we believe that it is possible that every Christian should be moving toward the stage of multiplication. As a church, it is our responsibility to structure our ministries so that we can move every believer through the stages of spiritual growth.
These stages are cumulative, that is, as you move through the process, you don't stop doing the previous things. For example, if someone becomes a Christian and gets connected to our church, the next step is to GROW as a believer. You know that growth is happening when you are able to see evidence that your life is being transformed by the gospel. Part of the growth stage is to help other people connect to Jesus (i.e. become converted) and to a local church. When you move into the stage of equipping, you now function in all three areas.
We have tools to help you evaluate your present point of spiritual maturity and resources to help you know where you are going and how to get there.
